At The Cotswold Cake Kitchen, we believe your cake must taste as good as it looks

We are committed to using only the freshest and finest ingredients for our cakes.  All cakes are freshly baked to order and filled with delicious layers of homemade buttercream, frostings, luxury preserves and quality chocolate.  

All the preserves we use are premium quality or handmade products and we always use free range eggs, organic bourbon vanilla and Belgian cocoa & chocolate.

All our wedding cakes are covered with either a layer of chocolate ganache or marzipan before covering with fondant in order for us to achieve a clean finish.

Victoria SpongeA melt in the mouth vanilla sponge layered with velvety vanilla buttercream and raspberry or strawberry preserve.  

Lemon Zest - A light lemon sponge lavishly layered with a tangy lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Rich Chocolate - A very chocolatey sponge layered with one of the following fillings:

White or dark Belgian chocolate ganache buttercream

Dark Belgian chocolate ganache orange buttercream

Raspberry curd buttercream with raspberry preserve

Creamy vanilla or chocolate buttercream with sour cherry curd

Fruit & spice

Carrot Cake - A deliciously moist carrot cake layered with a creamy orange or vanilla frosting.

Rich Dark Fruit Cake - Traditional rich dark fruit cake made with oodles of fruit and an indulgent dose of French brandy covered with a layer of marzipan.

Cherry & Almond - An old fashioned English cherry cake filled with a vanilla buttercream and a cherry and Amaretto jam.

Tropical - A light coconut flavoured sponge layered with a passion fruit or lime curd and coconut buttercream.

Chocolate cookie cream - A rich Belgian chocolate mud cake layered with a crushed Oreo & vanilla buttercream

Espresso - An aromatic coffee sponge  infused with an espresso coffee syrup and layered with mocha buttercream.

Red Velvet - A dramatic looking red sponge with a hint of chocolate layered with an American style white frosting.

Salted Caramel - Alternate layers of caramel and vanilla sponge with salted caramel and creamy vanilla buttercream.
